CEO Movement Automated System & Training Academy - 14 Day Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the specific Product’s or Service’s sales page and order form and/or in these Terms, all of our products and services come with an action-based 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, with the conditions outlined above.
All we ask is that you actually take action with the product or service and give it a solid go. In order to qualify for an action-based refund, we will ask you to provide the work you have done to show you have meet the specified conditions. We also will require you to do this within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To Request a Refund, You Must First: 1) - Watch & complete all videos in Module 1 2) - Complete & Submit Coaching Questionnaire 3) - Book and Attend your 30-Minute 1-on-1 Coaching Call 4) - Join the CEO Movement Facebook Group 5) - Attend, Like, and Comment on at least One (1) Live Global Mastermind Call* (Broadcasted Live in the CEO Movement Facebook Group - Every Sunday @ 9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern / 5pm GMT)
To request a refund, respond to the email you received upon paying for and joining CEO Movement. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion.
Refund will be processed by your CEO Movement Coach upon request, if all above conditions have been met in full.
* For international customers or those with conflicting schedules and are unable to attend the live calls, you must watch the replay of every live call located in the Facebook Group.
** If requesting a refund, you are required to complete all action based requirements within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days from the date of purchase of ‘CEO Movement Automated System & Training Academy’, your request for a refund is no longer valid.
*** Downloading of any content, forfeits your right to request for a refund.
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. CEO-Movement.com recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as CEO-Movement.com ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of free webinars, video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the products offered before making a purchase.
We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.
